Facilitated the strategies and implementation solutions for multi-country adoption with a leading international health technologies company with leading-ledge Chronic Condition therapies via Virtual Reality-Artificial Intelligence that halves the cost of care while doubling the health-life value to patients.

Through an international Greenspire Network IT partner, Greenspire was engaged by CHT, based in London, UK to launch their Virtual Reality- Artificial Intelligence service for a range of Chronic Health Conditions across the US.

To date the launch has been an excellent collaborative engagement resulting in an accelerated start-up process, tailored solutions for the health organization and a yearly growth rate of 230% to 770% in initial markets with the initial four Chronic Condition therapies

The innovative cloud-based service is physician driven and developed that dramatically improves patient outcomes; conveniently provided in the patient home, easy to use with high patient participation, satisfaction that enriches the patient-physician relationship. in use in the patient’s home at half the cost. The process is seamless in terms of physician’s workflow.

Because of the features of the service design and use of artificial intelligence for the physician and virtual reality for the patient, the service for 28 chronic conditions is provided at “half” the cost of traditional care to health plans, physician practices, health systems and employers; while eliminating patient travel and inconvenience costs.

The launch required FDA, CMS approvals, leveraging Greenspire national relationships with large physician provider groups, “at risk” health plans, employers and health systems.

The engagement required Greenspire to provide Project Management & Sales service to this complex clinical high-tech business offering that included; product service modifications, regulatory approvals, sales strategy & execution services, Intellectual Property validation and confidentiality multiple Use Cases, on-boarding process, contracting, service support, and the establishment of a national distribution network.
